Demonstrating executive leadership skills, this role should be able to lead & effectively manage the project team to deliver the project on time, within cost & highest standards of quality, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan, coordinate & control on all the appointed M&E sub-contractors for implementing the projects.
Drive executive level engagement with the customers, to ensure clear expectations and responsibilities are understood by all parties --- Vertiv, Customer, Main Contractor & other subcontractors involved.
Coordinate with Vertiv's internal team in terms of equipment delivery & testing and commissioning plan and provide direction to the project team to ensure clear allocation of resources and setup mitigating actions in anticipation of possible resources/manpower scarcity.
Manage & control the M&E services drawings quality among the sub-contractors via the systematic drafting system.
Provide the weekly progress report update to the internal sales & management team.
Conduct the individual team review meeting & prepare the minutes of meeting for those turnkey / sizeable jobs & review with the Director for Service & Project.
Prepare, formulate & submit accurate monthly sales forecasts to the MU Country Manager & to the Director for Service & Project, to ensure monthly revenue & profit goals are met.
Work closely with the procurement & conduct the quality audit check of our appointed sub-contractors in order to maintain the quality of works that delivered by our vendors.
Work closely with the project coordinator on the ERP software financial revenue phasing, project closure & project margin analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years site M&E experience preferable in the Data Centre site preparation environment
Proven leadership experience in leading effective teams and working with cross functional environment, in term of budgeting, planning, control & managing resources.
Excellent interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self-driven and can work under pressure.
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
