Job Title Manager (Project Management Customer Service) Occupation Customer Relations Manager

& Requirements
  • To head the traditional business & logistics business for Project Management Customer Service Team in Singapore and JB.
  • To handle the parcel email enquiries and calls
  • Work with managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
  • Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program
  • Use Company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
  • Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
  • Any other adhoc duties.
  • Min. Diploma Holders or above in any field
  • Need to be IT Savvy (especially MS Office tools) and sensitive to numbers.
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics preferred.
  • Commitment to meet tight datelines and reporting requirements
  • Resourceful, merticulous and able to work independently
