What You Will Deliver

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Pasir Panjang project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
• Contribute to project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Shadow sales department and Identify project risks and issues to be mitigated
• Assist in organising and conducting project meetings, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Utilise project management tools and software to track and report project progress.
• Present key deliverables of the Pasir Panjang project at the end of the internship.
• Support the evaluation of project outcomes and contribute to post-project reviews.

Who You Are

• Strong interest in project management and a desire to pursue a career in the logistics industry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with google suite and Microsoft software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Takes initiative and is proactive.
