Main responsibilities
Support end-to-end campaign set up in One Loyalty System (OLS) to support the team in executing campaigns
Gather user requirements from business users on the campaign requests
Coordinate prioritisation of campaign requests
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verifications (LV) by drafting test scenarios, setting up data and validating results with business users to ensure desired outcome
Collaborate with the Rewards Delivery Team and external vendor (OneEmpower) to prepare the Paraforms and set up campaign rules in OLS
Manage the resolution of UAT and production issues for the campaigns with business and delivery teams
Qualifications and Profile
At least 2 years of work experience in accessing/setup parameters for system
Experience in conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and live verification (LV)
Knowledge of Credit Cards and loyalty rewards systems (One Loyalty System) will be an added advantage
Able to manage multiple stakeholders, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong project management and organisational skills with great attention to detail
