Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas. Job Responsibilities: The main missions of the Project Management SME and PMO are:

• To ensure that the project’s/programs have the knowledge of the Thales Manage Project Process and tools related to the process worldwide by training, coaching and monitoring
• To support project team in the predefined tasks / areas, when assigned as PMO to the project.
• Become expert in Thales Manage Project Process
• Train to Project Managers about the Thales Manage Project Process and tools related to the process
• Support and coach Project Managers to apply the process in their projects
• Support and coach Project Managers to use the tools related to Thales Manage Project Process
• Prepare and maintain training materials for Process and Tools trainings
• Participate as trainer and support sub process deployments (e.g. Risk management)
• Maintain Manage Project Process knowledge base and documentation
• Share the best practices of Project Management among different regions
• Be a voice of project managers towards Business Efficiency management about pain points of project teams when deploying and applying the process.
• Build working relationship with project managers wherever they are located around the world
• Update the documentation and guidelines according to the requested modifications of the process.
• Tailor the Thales Project Management documentation according to IBS needs
• Communicate the latest process and tools information among the Project management community
• Be first point of contact within the P&S Efficiency department for questions about project management
• Participate to the projects as PMO for predefined activities to ensure project to follow latest tools and practices.
• Co-operate with Engineering Efficiency team to ensure Project management and Engineering process are aligned.

Job Requirements:

• Engineer or Master’s Degree
• 10 years of experience in projects management
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
