Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating IT project teams to achieve project implementation on schedule and within budget
• To plan, organize and integrate cross BU/SU data information/requirement for a specific data project initiative
• Help to formulate business functional requirements to technical requirements for IT, data scientist to build the project
• Deliver projects in both agile and waterfall approaches and function as the Scrum Master when delivering projects in the agile approach.
• Prepare and track project budget
• Prepare and track detail project plan/activities
• Prepare and organize Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings and Project Portfolio meetings
• Engage senior stakeholders to discuss and address project issues and risks
• Collaborate with Business Project Manager (BPM), business users, various technical teams and vendor throughout
• Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment
• Plan test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within project timeline
• Perform regular quality assessment, submit quality checklist, testing and defect executive summary

• At least 8 to 10 years of IT Project Management experience, Scrum Master and/or Business Lead experience in Finance/Banking sector.
• Candidates should have banking product knowledge preferably in Treasury & Market related products.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to agreed project parameters, preferably within financial services organizations.
• Proven capability of leading teams across sites and geographies.
• Proven experience of working with business and technology stakeholders across all levels to achieve successful outcomes.
• Experience in managing big data, data analytics and data related projects is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries, leverage networks and drive project to successful completion.
• High level of drive, integrity, persistence, edge, can-do attitude, pro-activeness and maturity.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, lead and work as a team player to deliver.
• Able to work with external vendors and across diversified teams
• Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting
• Experience in project management and agile methodology
