Position: Technical Project Manager
My client is a fintech company headquartered in Singapore. It currently has operations across the globe and is being known on the market for being the preferred software provider for commercial companies on the market.
They are currently looking for a (/Senior) Project Manager to join its team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Be the point of contact and work closely with the product manager, engineering manager, marketing team, and customer operations team to establish a coherent execution plan. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimise project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or relevant discipline At least 6 years of working experience with 3 years in a project management capacity for software development projects Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development preferred Experience with payment, banking, financial services and related industries preferred Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, able to conduct research, apply the results and insights to inform executive decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong influence management, negotiation, leadership and assertiveness skills
