Location: CBD

Working Hours:

8:30AM to 6:00PM (mon-fri)

Working Arrangement: HYBRID

Compensation and benefits: 1 month completion bonus (yearly)

Responsibilities:

Manage the seamless rollout of IT projects, ensuring efficient implementation and delivery. Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Demonstrate a strong understanding of managing applications and infrastructure systems for optimal performance. Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and risks to stakeholders and team members. Showcase proven expertise in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cultivating effective relationships with multiple vendors. Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in implementing cloud solutions for both application and infrastructure systems.

Qualifications:

A recognized diploma/bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT field. At least 5 years of direct experience in project management or team leadership. Proven track record in effectively managing SLAs and collaborating with multiple vendors. Familiarity with RPA tools and low-code automation solutions. Have a good understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools. Have knowledge and experience in implementing cloud solutions for applications and infrastructure systems. It will be an added advantage if certified in Project management or related fields. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
