We are seeking a

Project Manager (Facade & Building Envelope)

to join a dynamic

building and construction

firm based in

Redhill

. This

permanent position

offers a

5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-6PM)

, leading project teams to deliver high-quality facade and building envelope projects on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of project operations to ensure timely and quality completion. Lead project teams in managing schedules, resources, and technical specifications. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to track progress and resolve project issues. Manage project budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance. Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality requirements. Maintain site documentation and records in accordance with ISO and company standards. Enforce compliance with workplace safety and health regulations across project activities. Prepare and present regular project progress, performance, and cash flow reports. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project and construction teams. Support tendering processes and assist in project bids when necessary. Carry out other project-related duties as assigned by senior management.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience managing facade, steel, glass, or building envelope projects. Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams. Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, and cost management. In-depth knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in supporting tendering and project bidding activities. Remuneration will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.
