About the Roles

We are hiring a Project Manager (Facade & Building Envelope) to join a construction company located in Redhill. This is a

permanent role

with a 5-day work week (Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 6PM). The position offers a

competitive salary package inclusive of basic salary, AWS, and variable bonus

, providing an excellent opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality facade and building envelope projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee end-to-end project planning and execution to ensure timely and quality delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain schedules. Lead project teams in managing operations, specifications, and timelines. Control costs and ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Supervise subcontractors and ensure contractual obligations are met. Manage site documentation and filing in line with ISO standards. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements. Monitor and uphold project quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Provide leadership to project management and construction teams. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, including cash flow updates. Support tendering activities when required. Perform other duties as directed by the Managing Director.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in steel, glass, facades, and building envelope projects. Proven leadership ability with experience managing project teams. Skilled in project planning, cost control, and budgeting. Solid understanding of workplace safety and health regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination. Ability to support and participate in tendering processes. Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
