Job Description
1. Project Responsibilities
- Determine and define the project scope and objectives
- Determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Forecast payment schedule for project
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on adjustments and progress
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the project execution
- Liaise with the Government Agencies, Consultants team, Construction Team and Sub contractors
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- To support any other projects as required by management.
- Preferably with at least five years of experience.
- Degree in either Architecture, Engineering, Business or Management
