Job Description

:

• Provide administrative, procurement, and logistics support and oversight for the project team.
• Ensure compliance with project contractual technical specifications, commercial terms, and conditions.
• Achieve the forecasted profit margin for assigned projects.
• Review contracts to determine documentation requirements, collaborate with team members to prepare project documentation to meet quality standards, and fulfill customer contract requirements.
• Participate in project proposal stages in collaboration with the sales team.
• Be responsible for reporting project status, performance, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders during project execution phases.
• Evaluate project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Conduct risk management activities to minimize project risks.
• Collaborate with various disciplines to successfully deliver projects.
• Pursue and obtain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Job Requirement:

• Hold a degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical.
• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in project delivery, particularly in automation, MES, IIoT, or related fields within the manufacturing industry, focusing on systems integration.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
• Be adaptable and available to support customers during off-hours.
• Exhibit maturity, self-motivation, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Willingness to learn and engage in regular travel within the ASEAN region.
