About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Brand Project Manager to join our brand team. As the Brand Project Manager, you will be the glue that helps keep projects and people together. In this role, you will drive the progress of our projects throughout the organisation from initiation through delivery. You will be effectively coordinating resources, schedules and project deliverables all while ensuring the cross-functional team is informed and engaged. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of tasks with cross-functional teams ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule
  • Proactively develop, implement, monitor and socialise new and/or existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness and decision-making
  • Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders (internal, and external) to gain their support and required resources
  • Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, KPIs and progress of project on a regular cadence
  • Develop and maintain all project-related documentation (project briefs, project timelines & internal meetings, etc.)
  • Proactively build a network of creative partners including but not limited to research firms, creative agencies, designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, illustrators
Requirements
  • At least 5 years professional experience managing multiple brand or marketing projects
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
  • Solid understanding of the process and documentation essential to all branding projects such as scope of work, project brief, deliverables, timelines
  • Well organised and team working skills
  • Self-disciplined with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones
  • Fluent in written and spoken English a must
  • A passion for music is a plus
