Project Planning & Execution - Oversee the end-to-end management of building construction projects, ensuring defined project scope, objectives, and resource requirements are met.
Timeline & Milestone Management - Develop and implement effective project schedules to meet deadlines, proactively addressing potential delays.
Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, project teams, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Risk Management & Problem Resolution - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges, delays, and unforeseen issues.
Cost & Financial Oversight - Monitor project expenditures, optimize costs, and ensure financial viability through effective budget management.
Reporting & Compliance - Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders while ensuring adherence to industry standards and contractual obligations.
The Talent
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an established university.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing building construction projects from initiation to completion.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and ensure project success.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in project execution and risk management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and align stakeholders.
PMP certification (or equivalent) is mandatory, along with proficiency in project management tools and software.
