Job Description

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a Project Manager to assist their Engineering team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible. This Project Manager would be responsible for :

• Responsible in overseeing the management and operations of the project
• Responsible in overseeing project activities to ensure smooth execution of project
• Responsible to plan and manage of project, including job schedule, identify and mobilize resources for the project
• Responsible in monitoring of project resources includes manpower, transportation, equipment and tools
• Responsible in overseeing that current version of local specifications
• Responsible in attending regular site coordination meetings with client/contractors/sub-contractors on project related matters
• Responsible in ensuring timely submission of monthly progress claim including claim for variation order or additional works to client
• Responsible in coordinating, administration and management of project site
• Responsible in ensuring execution of project is in compliance with Project Quality Plan, Project Safety Plan and any other relevant local HSE rules & regulations, client specification and company requirements
• Responsible in setuping and overseeing proper project documentation and filing, ensure traceability and availability at all times
• Responsible in preparing project quality plan and safety management plan in line with the company standards and project specification
• Responsible in ensuring that all corrective action for non conformance report are properly addressed
• Responsible in assisting procurement department in sourcing, negotiate and procure materials (installation) and equipment from the vendors
• Responsible in assisting in tender administration work
• Responsible in monitoring cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
• Responsible in prepareing and submit monthly, weekly, daily progress report to internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering studies or related
• Prior 5-8 years of relevant working experience as a Project manager
• Prior experience in construction is a bonus
