Sales Manager (construction Related) / East/ Engineering Industry/

Job Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager to assist their Sales team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East – easily accessible. This Sales Manager would be responsible for :
- Responsible in sourcing for potential projects that is align to the company’s core strength
- Responsible in leading the tender engineers for preparation of Tender submission
- Responsible in reviewing costing and prepare for management approval
- Responsible in ensuring client’s tender requirements are fulfilled in the submission
- Responsible in discussing with project team on resources for execution of potential projects
- Responsible in maintaining good network with suppliers, potential clients and consultants
- Responsible in maintaining and updating costing database
- Responsible in building the tender template documentations and continuously updates and improves the contents
- Responsible in preparaing of periodic Tender Reports and updates to management
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or equivalent studies
- Prior 5 years of experience of sales experience in a construction industry is a bonus
- Prior experience in Tender and Costing preparation for Electrical Projects is a bonus
