Job Description

We are looking for Project Manager to execute, coordinate and responsible for end-to-end Addition & Alteration (A&A) works for our existing building. You will be embarking on an exciting and fulfilling journey to design and develop the future workplace for a tech-savvy, data-driven, productive, efficient and effective workforce as well as integrated mobility, logistics and lifestyle hubs across Singapore.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for overall project planning and coordination of renovation, upgrading and refurbishment projects
• Manage and liaise with relevant stakeholders (i.e. business units\xe2\x80\x99 representative, consultants and contractors) to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedule of sites involved in the projects
• Coordinate work implementation schedule and meetings with various stakeholders
• Responsible for end-to-end project management including prepare budget, review design and scope, risks, issues and other compliance matters throughout the project life-cycle
• Work with consultants on tender specifications, facilitate project procurement process and evaluation of tenders
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communications of issues and proper documentation of entire process at each job site with facilities management teams, technicians and contractors
• Any other duties as assigned

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years\' experience in project management for the build environment, preferably in projects involving Interior Fit-out, upgrading and refurbishment
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and likes to get things done
