Assist the project manager in project activities initiation, planning, and scope definition.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and objectives.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and track key milestones, identifying potential delays or roadblocks.
Communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to the project team and stakeholders.
Assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
Help facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead regular project meetings, documenting meeting minutes and action items.
Support the identification and mitigation of project risks, proposing solutions as needed.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and user stories.
Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Proven understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
Basic knowledge of software development processes and terminology.
Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Prior internship or entry-level experience in project management or software development is a plus.
PMP or CAPM certification is a bonus.
