Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for actively drive digital transformation across the company, leveraging new technology solutions and applications to support process change across the company. Evaluate application and infrastructure solutions to support digital transformation. This includes gathering requirements, defining evaluation criteria, conducting evaluations, and providing recommendations summarizing the findings. Oversee projects to ensure that solutions are implemented in accordance with the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Job Responsibilities:
Solution Sourcing:
\xc2\xb7 Create solution concepts and business cases for new investments.
\xc2\xb7 Identify and evaluate appropriate digital solutions based on the digital roadmap and overall IT architecture.
\xc2\xb7 Manage and participate in requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposals (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and procurement of vendors (POVs) for new digital solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and document proposals to justify the selection of digital solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Identify, analyze, and select vendors and consultants to meet project requirements.
Project Implementation:
\xc2\xb7 Identify, review and select suppliers and consultants to fulfil project requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Create and update project plans (project goals, technology, systems, specifications, schedules, personnel, etc.).
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other teams and vendors to define and communicate all aspects of the project.
\xc2\xb7 Provide regular updates to the project steering committee and key stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Manage issues, risks and change requests related to project scope, schedule and budget.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
\xc2\xb7 Act as a transformer of the digital roadmap to maximise the positive impact of the roadmap on the organisation.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
\xc2\xb7 PMP, PRINCE, ITIL certifications preferred.
\xc2\xb7 Experience procuring solutions, including defining requirements, writing RFQs/RFPs, evaluating digital solutions, proving value, and writing proposals.
\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience as a system implementer in ERP or software development (other system implementations are possible).
\xc2\xb7 Experience in requirements research, testing.
\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of relevant experience as an IT project manager, covering the full application project lifecycle from planning to post-implementation support.
\xc2\xb7 Strong technical background with knowledge or hands-on experience in ERP, software development, and data platforms (experience with multiple applications is desirable).
\xc2\xb7 Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication skills.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent project management skills and knowledge of project methodologies and tools.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret and translate business needs into requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent business acumen, analytical and storytelling skills.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle is a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in performing functional testing is a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to work with all stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Must be willing to travel (30-50%).
