They are highly profitable and have been on a strong growth trajectory across various markets in Asia. To lead the company through the expansion, the CEO is looking for a strong Head of Digital Transformation to lead the digital transformation project.

Description

As a Project Manager- Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for :

• Reporting directly to the CEO and being an integral part of the leadership team.
• Leading the technology function across multiple markets.
• Drive the digital transformation project over the next 3 years.
• Promoting digital awareness and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Lead a team responsible for executing digital transformation initiatives.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence for informed decision-making.
• Establish data governance frameworks and implement analytics tools.

Profile

• Minimum of 10 years experience in business intelligence and big data platforms.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry
• Experience with Infor ERP is an added advantage.
• In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Strong business acumen for aligning digital initiatives with strategic goals.
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide diverse professionals.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in change management to facilitate smooth transitions.
