KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve operation's 4 KPIs (schedule, budget, quality, safety)
a) Effective coordination and communication with respective internal departments for work execution to achieve the operation goals and company goals.
b) Coordinate with Sales in Charge on the work scope and taking over the reins of awarded project.
c) Involve cohesively with Technical in Charge during design stage and shop drawing production.
d) Work closely with Quantity Surveyor for project budget preparation and budget vs actual cost monitoring.
e) Work closely with Quantity Surveyor and Purchaser to activate the procurement and sourcing timely and make recommendation for award.
f) Prepare project schedule, execution plan, method of construction, and all relevant documents.
g) Monitor and make recommendation for productivity and wastage control.
h) Monitor material procurement status and logistic arrangement at site.
i) Lead, motivate and drive the Project team to complete the works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality.
2. To provide Tender/Sales support upon request by Sales in Charge and act as a member to advise construction method, fabrication method and technical queries.
