JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
To ensure operational management of efficiency and effectiveness of the project's implementation of all project systems, methods, and on-time project completion by effectively managing cost, productivity, quality, accuracy, and timeline targets.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages the construction teams in implementing the projects as per contract.
2. Manages projects to meet target schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety
implementation.
3. Ensures compliance to company health, safety, and environmental standards.
4. Prepares project schedule during tender stage.
5. Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization.
6. Maximizes the workforce and fixed resources for the projects.
7. Recommends billing approval based on the actual progress of project accomplishment.
8. Maintains organized files and related documents.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Registered Civil Engineer/Architect preferably with LEED, BERDE, and FM Global standards experience.
2. (7 yrs -10yrs) years' extensive experience in general construction/ Housing Project gained from both horizontal and vertical projects.
3. Possesses a strategic mindset with regards to decision making, driving for results and relationship building.
4. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate change, motivating employees and getting leadership buy-inJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per monthBenefits:

License/Certification:

• PRC License (Required)
