Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Lead of the assigned Project team (Solution Engineer/Developer, Designer, Service Engineer, Production,Supply Chain\xe2\x80\xa6) for specific Customer Solutions projects.
• Main contact person for all Tier 1 project related topics, interface with internal and external customers, vendors.
• Lead the Tier 1 project execution and support in the presales quotation on PM matters.
• Interface with Customer on technical and commercial matters.
• Building up network on project level between involved Engineering Centre (EC) in the Regions.
• Project Risk Assessment in presales. Review identified project risks periodically during execution phase of project.
• Implement the project scope, milestones and deliverables according to the contract / PO.
• Define project tasks and resource allocation / requirements.
• Develop project execution plan and implement accordingly.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Responsible for cost deviation during project execution.
• Track project deliverables using software tools e.g. MS Project
• Monitor and report project progress to EC team .
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Adhere to all ISO processes within the EC, and to prepare and provide the relevant document when required
• Adhere to all ISO processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics or related engineering field
• Proficient in CAD software (3D software) , MS Office, Project management software
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, Qualification in project management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing serial production projects / PA projects with tight delivery schedules
• Proven experience in Project management, Contract / Change / Vendor / Customer / Stakeholder / Conflict management experience. Proven experience in people management, strategic and resource planning, and procurement
• Experience in leading people
