to join our Professional Services / Implementation team. The Project Manager will lead client-facing delivery of insurance software solutions, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to successful deployment at insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact with insurer clients, ensuring clear communication of project scope, status, and deliverables
Lead end-to-end software implementation projects
Define and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate activities between internal teams
Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) with client teams and manage issue resolution
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably in life or health insurance
Track record delivering projects with insurance policy admin, or core insurance platforms (eBao, Sapiens, Majesco, Oracle Insurance, TCS BaNCS, GGY Axis, Prophet, PathWise, etc.)
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
