Job Description


1. Role Description This position reports to the Projects Director and interfaces with the Organisational Managers. 2. Specific Responsibilities Individual will be involved in: i. Managing the processes necessary for an awarded construction/design and build/interior design project site from pre-sale to liaising with client and suppliers/vendors and site rectifications after project has completed. ii. Planning and implementng appropriate work practices to contribute to organisational development and buisness growth. iii. Provide direct support to other departments.

3. Competencies

i. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes ii. How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally iii. Effective adminstrative and constructive communication towards logistical excellence iv. Adheres to code of conduct, aligns with company values v. Takes ownership, delivers on commitments.

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Attachment Role under SGUnited Traineeship
