Job Description

Responsibilities:


Oversee the planning and smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion. Handle multiple assignments effectively while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with external partners and contractors to carry out all phases of work. Supervise site activities to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with requirements. Provide guidance and leadership to the project team on-site. Participate in meetings to review project scope and progress. Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and maintain proper project documentation. Support cost management, tender preparation, and pricing activities.


Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate or equivalent

3 to 5 years of project experience in managing interior fit out projects Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills Singaporean only need apply
