Project Manager
Job Description
1. To supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensure client specification and requirements are met, reviewing progress and cost.2. Coordinating and supervising construction works.3. Making safety inspection and ensuring construction site safety.4. Checking and preparing site reports and drawings.
5. Liaising with NGCP and other sub contractor.6.Determine and define project scope and objectives7.Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
8.Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
9.Track project costs in order to meet budget
10.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
11.Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
12.Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
13.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
14.Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed15.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement16.Willing to be assigned in Daraga, Albay and Lumban, LagunaJob Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
