Position Summary*We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage the delivery of various streams of products, IT systems and services. You will have a technical background and be experienced working within an Agile framework. Additionally, this role requires you to be an intermediary and facilitator, between different business functions and across multiple levels within the organization.Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all aspects of product, IT systems and/or services delivery, following project approval through to the launch and general availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to facilitate planning and coordination of activities, taking corrective action as required, to ensure projects are delivered as agreed.
• Identify and work towards removal of roadblocks that impede progress.
• Management of contracts and/or engagements with external vendors, including project budget and cost.
• Maintain awareness and functional knowledge of common project management tools, including Jira.
• Actively identify and manage risks, perform impact assessments, and develop mitigation plans for project activities under management.
• Stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress

What we're looking for

• Strong project management experience, specifically in delivering information technology projects.
• Experience managing projects with distributed remote teams based in different global locations across Australia and/or Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• Confident in using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project and/or other project management tools.
• Ability to multi-task and context switch in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, whilst maintaining focus on the most important tasks and responsibilities at hand.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and problem-solving mentality

Additional desirable skills and experience

• Planning and delivering complex change management initiatives, that combine process, organisational change, and technology workstreams.
• Certification in Project Management.
• Working within a Scaled Agile Framework, using Program Increment based planning.
