As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the overall projects from Capgemini perspective. Responsibilities includes:

• 
  Monitor and deliver to SOW/contract
• Identify and resolve project issues at a strategic and tactical level
• Oversees allocation and availability of Capgemini resources to progress the project to conclusion
• Interact and coordinate closely with the Delivery Executive and Business
• Resolve major issues which require executive input and decision-making
• Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key client contacts
• Interface with client project managers regularly and focus on growth of engagement
• Generate new business opportunities by way of account mining

Qualifications

• Candidate should preferably possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Alike.
• Must have managed large scale digital programs.
• Project Management Certifications is a plus.
• Experience in consulting/IT services would be a plus
• Telecom industry experience is a preferred

Competencies and Skills

• 10 to 20 years of Experience in Project/ Program management experience.
• Should have skills to manage executives at Steerco level, work closely with the Project managers from Capgemini
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good problem-solving skills, should be assertive and able to influence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-driven environment, recognize and react to changing requirements and priorities.
• Ability to resolve time-sensitive challenges.
