The Project Manager is responsible in executing a series of high-level project plans, conducting stakeholder meetings and ensuring all relevant project risks and issues are identified and mitigated across various departments in line with business & customer outcomes and goals.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager , one of your key priorities will be leading the implementation and transition phase on major Data Carriage & Centres, SD-WAN devices & branches, Cloud and Storage service solutions to TPG and its partners. High level responsibilities include:
Develop a pragmatic approach in managing all aspects of Project transition from Kick off until Closure through ongoing stakeholder engagement in line with project scope, delivery and objectives
Maintain all necessary project controls (Schedule, risk & issue register, status reports and other relevant artefacts) for the purpose of tracking the overall project plan, relative tasks and ensuring all relative work orders are completed pre and post transition
Foster Quality & Communication governance upon project initiation and maintain the overall scheduled deliverables in consultation with appropriate technical teams, I.T and business teams to ensure all relevant milestones are completed on time and budget
High level understanding in analytics, trends and reporting with a keen eye for detail that can benefit business processes or workflow
Prepare all Project governance reporting including weekly status updates, end stage delivery reporting, change management requests and other required documentation for the purpose of providing key information to business sponsors and steering committee members
Accountable as the primary contact and escalation point to address any risks or issues that could impact Project schedules and timelines
Institute and maintain long term Governance and relationship dynamics with TPG's major 3rd Party carrier and support partners using a collaborative approach that creates mutual value to meet Delivery, Technical Support and any other operational key objectives
Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years of project management experience gained from telecommunications industry or related field
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT/Computer related course
Having recognized project management qualifications such as Prince2, PMP and ITIL would be an added advantage
Technology experience in Firewalls, Framework, Palo, Cisco, Fortinet, IOS, Aged Care Software, Citrix, Networking Wintel highly desired
Excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of stakeholder engagement
