Handle and oversee construction projects
A listed construction company that focuses on providing services on property development, investment, and interior finishing work.
- In-charge of ensuring effective implementation and successful completion of projects within schedule, budget and quality.
- Liaise closely with all stakeholders - subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
- Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering recognsed by PE Board with more than 10 years\' relevant working experience at managerial level in managing mammoth projects.
