Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Delivery, you will drive the definition of solutions, products and applications that are fit for purpose both functionally and technically. In this role, you need to ensure that solutions are delivered with the right technology and best possible design for the given scope. You will be the subject matter expert on product/applications in the portfolio,. Responsibilities: To provide project update regularly against project plan to ensure visibility of project progress to ensure project completion in time and on budget. Translate business requirements to local business applications. To provide technical support to local business applications and liaise with ITS counterpart for EGAP application supports. To review the change request, implement and maintain approved local applications and reports according to changing business needs. To adhere to change management process. Provide requested ad hoc services on application. Provide training and advice of core/local applications to users. Liaise with third party software/hardware services providers as an extension of software development/support resources. To coordinate EGAP and local application deployments. To provide guidance and coach junior IT staff. To actively track priority service related incidents and ensure root cause analysis is coordinated avoiding recurrence of issues. Develop business applications using flexible methodology (SDLC) but ensure quality of deliverable. Provide technical support to users based on service level agreement. Liaise between ITS and business users by ensuring business and technical information are well received by both parties. Provide consultancy and advice with the aim to achieve customer satisfaction. Technical expertise in: Knowledge of all DHL core/local applications and expert in some of them (will be an advantage) Digitalization skill sets (e.g. Agile, cloud, RPA, analytics, Figma) Some knowledge in telecommunications and networking In-depth knowledge of system development tools used by DHL (e.g. PHP, ASP.NET, SQL, Java, WebLogic, Crystal Report, Python, C#) Latest web technologies Some knowledge in business application development life cycle (for Digi projects)
