Job Description

The Utilization, Engagement, Monitoring, and Research Manager will oversee the department activities to ensure maximum engagement of Knowledge Channel Foundation's beneficiaries in schools and communities, meaningful utilization of learning interventions, and regular monitoring and reporting.1. School Community Mobilization

• Leads in mobilizing school and community for participatory project management, including assessment and reporting
• Leads in establishing and manages productive collaborative relationships with government agencies such as the Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD), Early Childhood Care and Development Council Secretariat, among others and their on-ground counterparts, local government units, and communities

2. Social Inventory

• Conducts school and community assessment in terms of capacity and willingness to collaborate in programs and projects
• Plans and creates strategy for projects related to the department to maximize the allocated budget, reach the expected timeline and ensure the quality of each project.

3. Community Monitoring

• Assesses implementation and utilization of programs and projects and provided infrastructure
• Leads in preparation of reports on engagement and utilization, and recommends corollary courses of action

4. Data Management

• Oversee in managing data entry and maintenance of KCFI's database management system
• Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes

• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions

Education and Experience

• Above 5 years of experience working in a school/learning environment. Education/teaching certificate or units is an advantage
• Background in learning program design writing and assessment
• 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination
• Facilitation/hosting skills for project-related events
• Team-player
• Possesses and practices growth mindset
• Maintains individual accountability
• Functions with minimal supervision
