Job Description

The Project Manager responsible with coordinating and supervising engineers, contractors, and subcontractors in carrying out projects and other daily activities. Also in-charge of developing new project ideas, budgeting for projects, and training the engineering team. While managing multiple teams, He/she will supervise their work progress to ensure that they all meet up deadlines and make sure all activities are carried out according to plan.Qualifications: MS/BS degree in Civil Engineering with license Minimum of 5-7 years industry work experience in high-tech fast paced environment with demonstrated leadership skills Successful candidates for this position MUST have a proven hands-on track record of leading teams and solving complex problems in a fast paced demanding environment. Requires strong interpersonal skills with co-workers at all levels in the organization, plus excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly and effectively present ideas and subject matter details in front of peers and management. Great research and reporting skills Strong understanding of operations, services, and applications. Excellent engineering and manufacturing control. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
