Job Description

A global leading semicon machine manufacturer is looking for a Project Manager responsible for preparing, planning, and executing New development Projects. Work with team members ensuring all phases & Milestones according to the agreed objectives including Features, Quality, Timeline, Budget, Resources & Production Cost Responsibilities

• Responsibility for preparation, planning and execution of new product projects within all phases from requirements definition, concept deployment, design specification, engineering design, prototyping, module test, system integration including ramp-up of series production
• sustaining projects to eliminate field defects, replace discontinued parts, reduce manufacturing costs and enhance features
• Project sketch/outline, project definition Conduct Kick-off, get budget approval, tailor project, establish project environment, setup project organization, prepare decision for make or buy strategy
• Project requirements, approve the design, check intellectual property rights, plan phases, plan iterations (identify work packages and estimate efforts, plan resources, plan costs, schedule), manage project risks, calculate manufacturing cost, quality planning
• Orchestrate progress, control resources, control cost, quality assurance, manage defects, conduct retrospective, monthly report / executive summary
• Change requests new development (CRND) / Engineering change process (ECP), estimate risk budget material, decide to make or buy operational in the project team, supplier management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar
• Project Management Certification e.g. IPMA/GPM, PMI, Prince2 or similar
• At least 5 years of hardware development related assignments within Machine or Automation Industry, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, & Engineering Services
• Experienced in project or team management
