Concept design

• Collating Management\'s requirements.
• Shortlisting consultants.
• Concept design review and selection.
• Design brief.
• Identify/ confirm concept design.
• Appointment of consultants.

Project timeline

• Gathering, analysing and evaluating information relating to cost, resources and time.
• Project schedule.
• Planning permission & clearances
• Design workshops with consultants.
• Concept design validation.
• Schematic design preparation.

Procurement

• Compliances and submissions to Authorities.
• Development control clearances.
• Planning permissions (PP, WP, BP).
• Development charge/ premium.

Construction

• Tender documentation.
• Tender invitation.
• Award recommendations.
• Designated & nominated sub-contract/ supplies packages.
• Forward contract award.
• Main contract award.

Completion and handling over

• Monitoring and control of project progress and execution/
• Change requests management.
• Cost, safety and quality control.
• Project schedule updates.
• Management of timelines and milestones.

Defects liability period

• Inspection and defects list.
• Rectification of defects.
• Signing-off defects list.

Final accounts

• Final measurement and valuation of VOs.
• Final Accounts sign-off.
• Final Certificate.

Requirement

• Degree in Real Estate
• 8 years.
• Building construction management
• Project planning and schedule
• Good technical and analytical skills.
• Liaison work with relevant party such as the contractor, consultant, supplier, etc.
• Design fundamentals.
• Sustainability
• Proactive and independent.
• Local construction contact networks.
• Relevant experience in residential /commercial / office / hospitality developments
• Experience in Indonesia/township project management will be an advantage
