We are currently representing a dynamic and innovative real estate investment company dedicated to the development and enhancement of properties across Singapore, Japan and Australia. With a proven track record of successful projects, the team is expanding and is seeking a highly skilled Development Manager with a strong architectural background to lead its development and project management initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and project management of our existing and new properties. This multifaceted position requires a candidate with a robust architectural background, coupled with strong project management skills and a keen understanding of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and adhere to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.

- Architectural Leadership:

• Utilize your architectural expertise to provide design input and ensure the aesthetic and functional success of projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to create innovative and sustainable solutions.

- Budget and Cost Management:

• Oversee budgeting processes and cost estimations for development projects.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to financial parameters.

- Project Coordination and Execution:

• Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction and design.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.

- Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Ensure that all projects comply with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate development, with a focus on project management and architectural design.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
