Job description
In your new role you will:
- Look at the bigger picture, with business in mind, by actively managing internal and external key stakeholders in an international environment
- Responsible for the entire project life-cycle from project start to hand-over to sustaining function
- Drive assigned projects to success within schedule, budget and scope
- Solve issues and problems in project together with technical team
- Manage change requests against project scope and adapt project accordingly
- Keep the overview and manage technical interdependencies
- Monitor, actively manage and mitigate project risks
- Effective communication towards team members and stakeholders
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master\'s / Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with min. 10 years of working experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Project management experience. Certified in Project Management certificate (e.g. PMP or IPMA) is advantageous
- High sense of urgency and excellence
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking, team lead experience would be advantageous
- Ability to foster teamwork with influencing skill
- Urgency, excellence and quality mindset
- Willing to steer change based on feedback in the dynamic environment
- Experienced candidates can possibly be considered for a senior role
