Job Description

1. Role Description: We are looking for a reliable Project Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. 2. Specific Responsibilities: 1.able to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Able to review the work progress on daily basis. 2. able to view the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. 3. able to oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. 4. able to maintain and keep track of tools, materials and equipment's in the inventory and ordering more when required. 5. able to assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. 6. able to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

3. Competencies: 1.Excellent time and project management skills 2.Gain experience in reviewing in-depth of project & excellent initiative skills 3.Monitoring & Compliance to safety regulations and Excellent customer-service skills 4. Excellent analytical and organisational skills & gain experience in managing the inventory 5. Mitigation of risks & Sound knowledge of construction & safety procedures 6. Quality Construction Standards and gain experience in negotiating and interpersonal skills

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months
