1. Overseeing the implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
2. Scheduling of projects including preparation of site organisation chart, site layout, programme chart and temporary facilities.
3. Implementing programmes and method of construction within cost and time.
4. Compile reports and converse meetings with various related parties.
5. Must report early for work every morning, make site inspection first before arranging the workers to different locations for work.
6. Monitor site staff performance regularly to ensure progress is within schedule.
7. Ensure adequate and relevant site records and documentations are kept.
8. Ensure instructions from Consultants/Main Contractors are issued with correct form and in accordance with the conditions of contract for the staff to carry out work.
