Job Description

. Management & Execution of projects from Tender, Award, Administration and Execution Process;. Management & Implementation of Project Execution Plan with the team to deliver projects based on client's requirements including preparation of BOQ, budget and cost control management;. Manage and liaise with various stakeholders on project details, design concepts and requirements;. Manage the team, schedules, all issues/matters pertaining to the daily operations of the project;. Manage and ensure all administrative requirements of the projects are completed on time;. Prepare and manage Project Schedule to monitor and track the delivery of project and resolve issues/conflicts that may arise during the project. Attend regular site meetings, monitor progress/workmanship on-site, and ensure that safety and health guidelines are adhered to. Provide weekly progress updates and administer progressive claims/billings. Project Closing & Final Accounts settlement with all stakeholders within stipulated timeline, in consultation with the Company Directors;. Visit sites to service clients to obtain feedback on project quality and solicit new businesses and/or opportunities;. Generate, develop and establish sales leads and businesses/relations with new and existing clients and supply chair for potential businesses in consultation with the Company Director;Any other ad-hoc matters/scope that is assigned or required for the projectRequirement. Degree in Architecture/Building/Quantity Surveying or related fields and/or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in theming/ retail/corporate office interiors or renovation industries. Self-motivated and results oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure. Good communication and site management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and MS Project is preferred. Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous. Good written/spoken in English .
