Job Description
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- To co-ordinate with the clients, subcontractors and consultants on project matters
- Leading and mentoring a team by setting guidelines and procedures, ensure all works carried out meet company's quality standard and requirement
- Other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time
- Degree/ Diploma in Building or Civil & Structural Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership qualities, drive, demonstrate decisiveness and reliability
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Excellent analytical skills
- Preferably 2 years experienced in R&R and A &A Works/Construction Works
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Singapore Class 3 Driving License
- Day shift
