  • Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
  • Determine appropriate application methods based on job requirement
  • Modify plans in response to delays, bad weather or site constraint
  • Direct and supervise subordinates
  • Discuss with client to resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or application problems
  • Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at sites to ensure that proper procedures are being followed
  • Develop or implement quality control programs
  • Ensure site productivity and efficient
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level / Diploma Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to communicate in Chinese to discuss with Chinese speaking client for resolving matters, such as work procedures, complaints or application problems)
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good leadership skills (knows when to be firm)
  • Good / Objective or oriented
  • Good track record in completing project.
  • Required Skill(s): good interpersonal skill
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
