Co-ordinate with clients and internal department for quotations and negotiation. Able to lead the operation team in the office renovation work Assist in building of sales channel and contacts. Liaise with landlords, management & clients. Maintain the working procedure and safety. Handle in project submission and interior work processes. Conduct cold calls, customer visit and sales presentation. Coordinate sub-con and workers for the renovation work to final hand over to client. Maintain and establish close relations with clients and provide feedback to them. Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.Minimum Requirements: Minimum of diploma is preferably in interior design, architecture or any related corporate real estate discipline. At least 5 years working experience, including renovations, planning, project management, and facilities management. At least 2 - 3 years' experience in commercial interior projects. Proficient in office interior and renovation. Able to multi-task, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines Possess good leadership and commitment. Hardworking, good attitude, patient and responsible. Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill Able to take on night work and weekends during projects Good communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with various customers.
