Job Description

Responsibilities Report to Directors. Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget. To review the equipments / materials requisitions. Manage correspondence & documentation with Clients,Consultants and contractors. Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the all subcontractors work. With strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills to work with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers. Maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with clients and suppliers. Conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period and ensure effective resolution. Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications. Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site. Participating and engaging in tender process i.e. design, submission and review Any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA. Minimum 7 years of working experience in Main Contractor. Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project. Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Passion in people and project management. Self motivated and able to work under pressure. Excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Good written and communication skills.
