Job Description

FUNCTIONAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing systems and solutions projectsrelated to Electrical Power Distribution Solution (mostly MV/LV switchgears and systems) inIndustrial/ Infrastructure industry.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for executing the projects. Guide and work with the project team. Interact with customer on the project requirements, understand the customer needs and implement as per contract. Coordinate with factories / vendors in design, documentation, manufacturing, and testing activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Work with factory engineering team to get technical information/drawings. Perform/assist in engineering calculations as required. Develop budgets, estimate labor, material, construction costs and project schedules Provide monthly reports to the management about status of projects Prepare specifications / purchase requisitions for purchase of materials. Attend Factory Acceptance Testing and follow up to close outstanding items. Work with construction team for smooth installation & commissioning of equipment.The above list is not exhaustive and therefore you will be expected to carry out further duties as instructed by your superior.QUALIFCATIONS

• Must have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 8 years experience of with engineering/ contracting firms. Must have knowledge on MV/LV Switchgears Knowledge on SCADA and other electrical equipment such as Transformers, AC and DC power supplies will be an advantage. Occasional traveling outside Singapore will be required. Proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Projects.SKILLS and PERSONAL QUALITIES
• Need to manage multiple projects Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Strong customer focus on both internal and external customers. Ability to meet demanding schedule requirements Should be a team player. Able to work with minimal supervision.
