Job Overview: Responsible for the overall Project Management control and execution of project.
Responsibilities and Duties
To prepare EHSQ plan and standard work method for the execution of assigned projects.
To lead a team of professional and technical staffin managing the daily operation.
Work closely with client representatives and consultants for effective resolution of project matters and management of Client / Consultant's expectation.
Ensure sub-contractor's performance and quality are in line with company's requirements and standards.
Resolve all issues relating to technical and construction works.
Ensure all work standards are in compliance with Company Quality Standard, to take lead to manage,monitor and enforce correct work sequences and procedures in all aspects of Quality Works Management.
Ensure that all work practices are in compliance with Company Safety Management System. To take the lead to promote safety in all aspects of construction activities.
Manage and monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion of the project.
Proactively manage and take lead in Variation Works identification and management serving Notice of Variation Works on time, and follow up with relevant documentation substantiation and liaising with internal Contract Department for costing build up and claim submissions.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in building projects
Possess high level of initiative and able to work independently and in a team
Good track record in completing Government or Private Residential projects
Strong leadership qualities, drive, decisiveness and reliability
