Key Role DescriptionThe Project Manager shall be responsible for the complete life cycle of projects from the CEO's Office and Social Ground; our advocacy platform. The role includes planning, execution, project close and review of projects and initiatives. The projects will span different platforms and formats - from programmes involving social workers and members of the community, to overseeing the management of social media and digital platforms for social advocacy programs. The Project Manager should be able to navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans, and will be the main point of contact between CEO, project consultants and vendors, as well as internal and external stakeholders and partners.Main responsibilities include: Drive the planning and implementation of projects, which involve liaising with staff, stakeholders, project scoping, resource planning, overseeing communications, and project governance. Lead meetings, keep core teams informed about project developments and identify key recommendations for projects. Balance project scope, schedule, and budget with organisational and CEO's Office's needs and expectations. Ensure efforts increase brand awareness and communicate CEO Office's, and by extension, the organisation's, activities and impact.Key Requirements Minimum 3 years' project management experience. Event management is an added advantage. Possess tertiary qualifications Fast paced, service-centric, attention to details, highly resourceful Digital fluent, utilised tools to deliver routine work, uses data and analytics to determine programs Bilingual - strong command of English and Chinese, proficiency in third language an added advantage Media / PR savvy, demonstrated track record in sales, marketing, events or project management Has a strong network, able to connect with a broad spectrum of organizations and peopleJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $5,100.00 - $5,900.00 per monthSchedule:
