Measuring success of the various stages of the change program through agreed KPIs and deliver reporting on a regular basis

Stakeholder engagement planning and implementation
Devising and maintaining strategic control plans
Preparing and delivering creative and engaging corporate communication
Driving continuous improvement programs to re-design
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in project management/ Facilities Management equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Dynamic and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
Track-record of delivering change management results and traction on projects
Pragmatic approach driving transformation progress also when obstacles present themselves
Salary range: $4500-$5000
Office Hours | 9am to 6pm
