Job Description
You will manage A&A projects on the ground to ensure timely completion and handover.
We are looking for a candidate who loves heritage architecture, designing spaces and running projects.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with professionals like Architects and Engineers as well the Main Contractor during renovation works to drive the project to completion
- Room and Space layout and design for new constructions and refurbishments
- Liaise with our Landlords and Subtenants
- Liaise with authorities like HLB and URA to ensure compliance
- Visit showrooms and liaise with third-party vendors
- Apply existing knowledge of AutoCad
- Learn how to maximise space without affecting use
- Learn to compare quotes and negotiate with vendors
- Good Engineering degree from a recognized university (2nd Upper or 1st Class Honours)
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Motivated and adaptable with positive work attitude
- Able to work effectively in a team
- High professional standards and integrity
- Excellent spoken and written English
